Hi guys, I have been servicing a Bolex P2 camera and everything has been going well until I took the front lens plate off. Two little wires, red and green, were attached, and they soon broke. I didn't think much of it because this would require just some basic soldering and heat wrapping to fix.
But then I found the red wire was soldered to a little copper leaf that then fell out of the whole assembly and I have no idea where it belonged. Along with this, a yellow and black wire are also soldered to little copper leafs inside and these are not secured to anything either. Where do I put these free-floating leafs? Especially the one attached to the red wire.
1. The wires sticking out of the main camera body
2. The copper leafs inside the front plate (one on top was attached to red wire) doodles show where the wires went.
3. The leaf attached to the red wire
Thanks all!
