The 3130head is a Pan & tilt head, It has no sideways tilt function. It's maent to be a video head & is well damped, with a little tension on it the camera won't flop. The handle is adjustable both for length and angle.
Comes with three QR plates, two 1/4" and one 3/8"
One of the knobs has been replaced with a new part from Bogen, it is slightly larger.
