Want to Buy Bogen 3021/3221 leg lock lever

I'm looking for a leg lock lever for an old 1989ish Bogen 3221. The 3021 is just the chrome version, so either will work. I'll take the whole leg lock if necessary but all I need is just the tightening lever. I presume the lever comes off the lock, though I haven't tried yet. I'm willing to pay you a whopping $10 shipped to me. Not very generous, I know. But I'm both poor and cheap, and my lever still works its just a bit hard on the fingers.
