link to Amazon) mounted in a plywood box.

I am mainly a salted-paper printer for which my standard exposure time is 7 min. On rare occasion I do platinum/palladium printing with exposure times about 4 min (if memory serves). Cuprotypes are 30-40 min. I don't do much cyanotype these days, but I seem to remember that, with only one set of bars, my exposure times were about 7 min.
