Dear photographers,

My tiny pocket computer mixed again all of us. Everybody should have a got message from me with a pair of addresses. The first block contains your own address as given to me. Please, make certain that your own address is correct. PM me as soon as possible if a correction is needed to YOUR address.

The second block contains the address of your partner: You have to send your print(s) to there. Please wait a few days before sending anything to allow time for corrections. Make sure you mark your box with your name and

BPX 38
on it.

If you are unable to complete your assignment, it is understandable - life often gets in a way of our hobbies. However, it would be very helpful if you let me know so that I could change the assignment to somebody else.

If somethings is or seems to be wrong please PM me.

Rest and Relaxation: February 2022

I received two nice prints from Uwe (piu58), both taken in Leipzig. The first is of the former supreme court building on a November late afternoon with the sun behind the dome. It gives a partial silhouette with the various statues on the roof. This was the building in which the Reichstag fire trial took place in 1933. The gloomy mood of the photo fits the history. The other print is of a abandoned factory building, probably from the 50's. It has an open structured concrete wall in front of it that looks easy to climb over. Vielen Dank Uwe!

I received a nice print from @mfohl of a creek in an autumn forrest. The photo must have been taken on quiet day because there is a great reflection of the trees in the stream. It looks very peaceful!

Just learnt that mail coming to us from outside the EU gets a massive import tax slapped on the article before delivery even items that are gifts.
Wonder if anyone else has had this experience. A bit late with my print going out but it will be sent...

I received a nice winter scene lith print from Gijsbert. Nice scene and nice work with the lith. And there was a bonus print: an IR shot of water lilies. I like the clouds reflected in the water. Thanks, Gijsbert! And happy holidays to you as well! I love these exchanges!

I received a print from @halfaman today. I was surprised to find colour - a wonderfully contrasty street scene, very well composed (and printed). I like that the people walking are in silhouette and that someone is mostly hidden behind a pillar. I'm also pleased to let you know that it arrived without any damage, all the way from Spain. Thanks for the beautiful print!
