Best wishes for any improvement you can get. If you don't get any improvement in your sight, take comfort that there are actual blind photographers working out there, even with large format cameras. I know John Dugdale is now effectively completely blind, but he is still producing new work (with the help of an assistant). He's a truly inspirational person.
