Bleach III

I don't know how relevant this is to anybody but in light of scarce Bleach III supplies I recently found this source on ebay. It seems legitimate and contains the same ingredients as the kodak equivalent that is now only sold in 18345 gallon quantities. It's 5 gallons for $20 plus shipping which was about $15 to me.

I'd also like to know what the shelf life of this Bleach is, both in the diluted, mixed form and in the two parts. I assume it's a very long time but does anyone know for sure?

I note that the listing says that the product is discontinued.
