hello my friends! i have one question to ask you....could i use the c41 bleach III 1+1 with double time ( from 6 min to 12 min) on e6 bath?

I have done E6 with a bleach reasonably close to C41 Bleach III at full strength and results were fine. Don't forget, that many home brewers process E6 with a Ferricyanide bleach despite frequent warnings that E6 materials are not rated for it.

Personally I would not dilute the Bleach III, either it works for your emulsion or it doesn't. Chances are it will work.

Yes, I did bleach for about 6 minutes, and slides look nice with good Dmin.

I wouldn't compare it to BLIX because both have their own issues. BLIX degrades over time and with reuse, so it will be too weak at some point and leave some residual Silver. Flexicolor Bleach III on the other side is stronger than what E6 process is rated for, therefore there is a minute chance that colors will be off. That's the theory. In practice both work well for most of us.
