Make sure to check that the low speeds work properly. Every single one I’ve come across had every speed under 1/30 acting like B. Even though the sellers promised all was ok.

I'll echo the advice to check the low speeds by default; my 35SE's speeds weren't all the way to B levels of slowness, but they were definitely off when I inherited it. Figure the CLA cost into your budget. Be wary of finders that aren't in great shape; parts are unobtainium.
