Black and white Short ends

Are black and white short ends available anywhere these days?

That’s going to be tough. I checked, a fresh 400 ft roll of 5222 Double-X direct from Kodak is $257, not too bad. I’m sure you could find buyers for 100 ft lengths if you broke it down. Not as cheap as shorts ends of course.
