Black and White Photo Awards 2023 brings you the chance to win one of the almost 30 prizes, including the €1,000 for the absolute winner. €2500 in prizes for the best photographs and 15 honorable mentions thought to be grateful for the talent, the effort and the hard work done by monochrome photographers from all the world’s countries.
About this rule: "Finalists must provide a RAW file. This file will only be used to demonstrate ownership of the submited image and to verify edit quantity. Winning Participants who not keep these eligibility criteria will be considered ineligible and disqualified with no right to appeal."
How, exactly, are the film photographers supposed to provide a RAW file to "demonstrate ownership" of the photograph submitted???
Like most of these contests, they probably don't expect film photographers to enter. This is a mixed workflow sub-forum, so it doesn't breach our rules, but those who might be considering an entry should probably keep in mind your observation.
Of course, if you are digitizing (to fulfil submission requirements) via a camera scan, you can always supply a RAW file. For fun, I would include the film rebate.

In their Rules, this is item No. 3: "Film or digital captured images are accepted."
So, they might not expect much in the way of film contributions, they obvious made provisions for it in the rules.
