Black and white Hi8 Cassette

Hi everyone,

Do you know if black and white hi-8 cassettes exist?
Just curious because i'm tired of everything being in color.

Do you mean hi-8 or super 8? A lot of hi-8 cameras have a black and white mode. At least, my digital 8 one does. If you mean super 8, then yes Kodak does make a black and white cartridge still.

Hi8 is not film related, it is a videotape in a cartridge. While it is still "analog", is it not really within the spectrum of the discussions here. That being said, all Hi8 tapes are the same, what you can do with them depends on the functions your camcorder has.
