I've been trying to purchase a bit of gear from Betterscanning.com. Have done so before and would like to again. But, I'm not getting a response from them. Does anyone know if they are still in operation? The web site is up. Maybe he's just busy or backed up.

It's been updated, sure, but he still hasn't responded to any of my attempts to purchase since January. Based on this and numerous other threads here and other places it appears that the owner is MIA.
 
No cause for alarm. He responded to me today and I placed the order. He's a bit backed up, I think.
