Best Source For Misc. Original Pentax 645 Parts & Accessories

I'm looking for a couple of things for my pentax 645. Strap, sync cap/cover, body cap, grip cap for underneath at the terminal, etc. Is there any place that specializes in these hard to find little items? Can't seem to snag any at the auction site or keh.

Straps and body caps come up on ebay and are usually available from KEH.com

PC terminal covers are probably difficult at best, although a PC terminal is standard, so try one from a friend's camera to see if another manufacturer would fit.

The grip cap? Is this the port that yo plug in the cold weather battery pack cable (external battery pack you have close to your body to keep batteries warm)? I don't think I have ever seen one for sale. I would ask some repair shops if they have parts bodies lying around and could sell you one. Try calling KEH.com's repair center.

can you send me a PM with a list of what you need - with the original Pentax part numbers if you hav ethem - I can ask our local Australian Distributors - they may have some parts left. There is also a big camera store in Perth that may have some parts - can't hurt to ask them too

Try Pentax Canada, at parts@pentax.ca they had the end of film detect contacts for the film inserts in stock. You don't even need the part number to ask, just a good description. KEH have two factory straps in stock right now.

Right now, KEH have the body caps, both front and back. Also straps and just the strap lugs (the lugs would allow you to use a strap of your choice).
