Best setting of the scanner

Dear all,

I bought a Canon LiDE 220 but when I compare the result between video file scanned and the real one photo I can see different of tonality, scale of grey, contrast etc.
How can coupe to have the most accurate result of quality, by setting the scanner, of the file from my print?
