Best Paper F or Liquid Emulsion? Newbe to Paper Negatives.

Hello,
This is my first question on this Forum. I am an active participant on the Silver Gelatin Forum. I make my own liquid emulsions, with which I make glass plate negatives. I want to try some negative emulsions on paper, in camera. What paper would you recommend?

hi bill

i have used a handful of different papers for in camera negatives,
and i find that a thin, cold pressed ( smooth no tooth ) paper works
best. i have used water color and hand made papers and velums
but they tend to have a texture in the negative which can be distracting ...
i recently got a bunch of paper i have been using ID'd because when i run out
i want to get a bunch more ... it was gifted to me, and i have been using it for years
clueless but happy it worked for liquid emulsion as well as cyanotypes
i found out it is like white butcher paper ... smooth and " waxy " if you can find some
grab it ! it works great

ps. i think you will find coating paper to be 100 times easier than coating glass
