Hey there everyone!
I was wondering what would be a good film stock for a project of multiple exposures. What does even make a film good for double exposure? To my knowledge and up until now I’ve been using medium speed films(because of the multiple exposures) and low contrast films/developers to avoid losing small details and then retouch the contrast right in the enlargement process.

Better in what way? Films with more exposure latitude would be less likely to get their highlights blocked up. Does that make them better, in comparison to using a contrasty film and being careful about how much light you give it and lining up where things overlap?

Depends on the result you're trying to achieve and your shooting style.
