Best Film Cutter

I plan to make Unsharp Masks. This is for Film Photography. What is the best type of "Cutter" to use on Litho film? A rotary cutter or a single blade type cutter? Thanks

I don't know the answer to this, other than to say that you should not use a cheap, sliding blade cutter. My experience is that the blade drags enough on the film to pull it and keeping it aligned is ... difficult.

Guillotine (single blade) seems to work fine, by the way. I have not tried rotary cutters.
