Looking for opinions here. What is the best developer for Efke IR820 and for Rollei IR400?

On hand I have PMK, Rodinal, D76, BTTB, and Prescysol.

I can only speak for Efke IR. I just got 2 boxes of the Rollei stuff so it's new to me. What is your intended output? If you print on silver papers, then all those developers you have on hand will do the job. Because I am a carbon transfer printer, conventional developers don't give enough DR with Efke IR so I use D-19 diluted 1+2.

I would be printing on Silver papers. In the past I've used XTOL and the results were OK but not great (partly user error when exposing the film.). I just figured I'd see what others had good results from and try something new with a roll or two.

Never used the Rollei, but I have processed the Efke a few times and found the best (for me) was D76 1:1. Never tried the Pyro developers though and as I've run out of Efke IR I can't try it!

I have 2 rolls of the Efke in 35mm and just but the last bunch from f246632 here on APUG. So I guess I'm lucky I have a little bit of stock. Problem is that I have to make it last.

I've had good results with Rodinal (Blazinal) with IR400 exposed at ASA-25 and developed in 1+50 for 12:00 (Also with an R72 filter)

I'm going to try some different developers this spring/summer.

Those results look great.
