Looking for a simple and functional case that would have a sholder strap and be reasonably weather resistant that would hold two M bodies, an 8 and a 2 plus 3 lens, film and memory cards, spare battery. Certainly love to drop 400 or more, but I'd pick up more equipment if I had that money.
If you have had any expeience with a nice case I'd certainly like to know.
I think you need to put a bit more meat on the bone. For example is this two bodies with mounted lenses and a spare 3rd lens or what. Is this a leave it in the hotel room case or one you plan on carrying when you take photos? Do you need a backpack style for landscape work? Do you want a hard or soft case? What length lenses are you talking about? Any plans for more in the future?
I use the Billingham L2 (sometimes called the Alice, which is Leica reworked in the spelling). I just returned from shooting in China with it. Two bodies, three lenses, filters, and a bunch of film.
It's great.
