So...I've got a Voigtlander Bessa-R that I want to like, but it has been driving me crazy. I finally, once and for all, discovered that the rangefinder is off by a couple of feet. Often it is no big deal when stopping down/wide angle/etc but I want it to work ALL of the time. Has anyone here had similar problems with the early R body, and if so did you get it fixed? I know this was somewhat common with the earliest ones. I'm trying to decide if I should fix this one (will it just wander again) or skip it and try to get a more recent body. Any thoughts?
