Now that you've finished laughing... 
I recently acquired a modern flash with bells and whistles, yet plays nicely with PC sync devices-- Works fine on my LF lenses, and most of my medium format cameras. It doesn't even look too out of place on my GX680.
Being the sort who wants as much use out of a gizmo as possible, I set about seeing if I could connect to all of my various cameras-- Picked up a sync cable, and started having fun, until I got to my Voigtlander Bessa I 6x9 folder (which paradoxically, I think is the second cheapest camera I've purchased). While there is a sync port on the shutter, it appears to be (after some digging and a bit of luck) to be a Kodak-style bayonet connector. The few Bessa I's I've seen online don't have this connector-- they appear to have a standard PC sync connector.
I see there are adapters online, but I'm wondering if this connector can be removed? It seems to spin freely, but doesn't come loose, and I'm reluctant to put any force on it.
Anyone encountered something like this before? It's a Prontor-SV shutter, if that helps.
