Besler 23CII Dual Dichro 23dga parts

Anyone know where I can get parts for this. I am looking for the knob and screws. If I knew what size the thread the screw was I could make my own.The parts exploded view shows the part & # but no specs. I could probably drill a hole in the rod the knob goes and make a "T" handle to fit but I really dont want to cause a mess and have to take it all apart.
Any suggestions? I have tried e-bay and usual haunts but so far............zip!

If push comes to shove and you have to make one why not do it from wood with a simple rubber grip?

All Omegas I have seen use SAE fasteners and I'd bet the Beseler is the same.

I am sure the Beseler uses SAE sizes.
