I am using a Beseler model number 8346 glass carrier for 6x6 on my MX. I am getting newton rings using an Aristo cold light head. Do I spend the $20 from Focalpoint for new glass or is it something else?
One other thing I have noticed and I am not too fond of is how much pressure is needed to get it all flat. When free of tension, the open end is over a 16th while the hinge end is touching. Maybe this is how they work, I have never used one before...
