Beseler 45V-XL 8x10 Glass Carrier - Infor?

Could anyone post a picture or describe what the glass 8x10 carrier looks like for the Beseler 8x10 head on a 45V-XL (or the 45MXT 8x10 head which should be the same)? I have the enlarger and the glass carrier that came with it is put together with black masking tape - somehow I don't think this is the original design.

That is the original design for the glass carrier, and even has to be in the head when using the glassless carrier as the plexi acts as a diffuser. Not sure why the 4 pieces on each corner were put there...the thing actually needs to open to use it (unless you are using the glassless one). Te diffusion/plexi side needs to be up, opposite of how you have it in your thumbnail or else it obviously will not work if a neg. is inside it.
