Beseler 45H?

I have recently found a local listing of a Beseler 45H enlarger along with some negative carriers, lenses, easel, and other goodies for $150. I have not been able to find any information on this enlarger, and I was thinking this would make a good alternative to buying a 75mm enlarging lens for the C700 enlargers I use at school (If I donate the enlarger to my school, I even get a tax credit equal to the cost of the donation). Can anybody provide me with any information regarding this enlarger? I've searched all the internet resources I can think of but I have found extremely little information. All I know is that this is a condenser head enlarger.

A hand crank version of the 45M motorized enlarger.

It is like a Beseler 23C chassis with a 4x5 condenser head.
