Beseler 45 Projecting outside Baseboard

Why is my Enlarger projecting outside the baseboard at max enlargement? Thanks for help.

There are a lot of enlargers out there that have had the baseboards switched or modified. That doesn't look original to me.

The original board was bent i did replace it with original dimensions

Max i can print is 37cm x 47cm inside board, need to make a new board.

Are you sure that the baseboard that you replaced was the version supplied at time of manufacture?
In addition many commercial enlargers were employed using roll paper holders and a variety of other configurations that meant that one would either augment or replace the baseboard with a support that was appropriate for the intended use.
I worked for years with an Omega D6 with an optional extended baseboard that was 36" (~1 meter) deep, because that was appropriate for my use.

Not sure, for now its ok, limited to 16x20, going to make a new board, this was my first print this big but i need it one size bigger

This is perhaps the simplest way. But $1200!!!
I was on the hunt for one a few years ago, had an alert up on eBay and maybe Craigslist. IIRC I connected with a WTB classified here on Photrio and had a guy in AZ send me his unwanted unit for $150 or so. Alternatively it would be not especially difficult to build your own in metal or wood.

I built my own stand for mine, all I need to do is remove the baseboard and it can project to multiple levels down to the floor. So far I haven’t needed it.

This is the best approach. I have a couple of the Adjust-A-Tables I got cheap, my original home built version works in same fashion but will accommodate huge print. I rarely make really big prints.

Most Beseler 4x5 enlargers can project horizontally, if you're a glutton for punishment.

I have that Adjustable_Table. It's great and you can move the image to the rear by locating the enlarger carriage lower on its' frame but I have no problem letting the easel hang over the front edge. You can locate the enlarger base board on the lower rails but your right to left maximum width is 25 inches.
