Matt, looking at this,"yes" meaning I will need a separate power supply? I just looked at the power supply for the 67C and it is a different connector. Or, did you mean that I should look for a color head for the CB7?

Yes you need a separate power supply, and I don't think you can use the power supply for the 67 Dichro head.

Here is the manual for the Dual Dicho color head. It requires either the standard power supply 8198 or the voltage-stabilized power supply 8191. [These might be in either a blue or a black cabinet, depending on the manufacturing date. Blue is older, black newer. They are the same inside the cabinet]

There is more information on the Dual Dicho head and its required power supplies here:

These can be found on eBay. You should ask for confirmation of working condition before buying.

The KHB Photographix site shows phots of both models:

I have the 67, the 23c , the 45mx and the CB7 they are all different. You need the power supply for your 23 dual dichro. I personally would recommend the color head for the CB7. It has 2 200W bulb very bright and 24V transformer to power those. I replaced the transformer with 2 120VAC to 24VDC regulated power supplies. I have very good power regulation that way.

I'd love to get a color head for the CB7. I'd probably just go with one enlarger at that point. A couple years ago enlargers were like cats, they just kept following me home. My first enlarger purchased was the CB7. In different darkroom lots that I bought, I've ended up with three 23CIIs, a Beseler 67 with color head and an Omega B66. Anyone in need of an enlarger???
