Helmut Newton Museum, what else?
 
Photoimpex (Dead Link Removed) if you should run out of film etc. I have not been to their shop though, only ordered online.

I'd highly recommend FotoImpex, it is my go-to photography store. Monochrome (Monochrom-Berlin: Ackerstr.23 – 26 10115 Berlin in Mitte) is nice for archival supplies, framing ect., and in addition to the Helmut Newton Museum, take a look at C/O Berlin, Hamburger Bahnhof, and Neue Nationalgalerie and others for photography exhibitions. It is easy to find some great stuff here; if you want to know about places, neighborhoods ect. then let me know. Bin Berliner
