Hello! I'm new here. Never posted before.
I'm looking for the dilution of Berg yellow + red toners. I just bought 2 small bottles (to try) and found out that they are refills with no instructions. I've been looking on the net for info, no luck.
Does anyone know?
I use Fiber base paper.
Thanks,
Eleni

Welcome Eleni,

If it's similar to Berg Brilliant Blue Toning Solution, then these instructions may be relevant. (From my box)... Part A and B come in 4 ounce bottles and the instructions say add Part A to half quart of water 65-75-degrees F. Followed by Part B and sufficient water to make one quart. Prepared solution has 6 month shelf life in closed amber glass bottle. Tone prints for 1-10 minutes, until desired effect is achieved. Wash for 10 minutes. One quart tones 30 8x10 inch prints.

Berg makes a toning kit with several colors, that require the supplied activator prior to toning. The kit is also supplied with a color removal agent, in case you don't like the result.

Thanks Rick & Bill! I appreciate the info. I suspected that I needed an activator part.
