Berg Brilliant Toner Mixing Instructions?

Hi,

Does anyone know what the correct mixing instructions are for Berg's Brilliant Blue Toner?
I got a kit without instructions and need to set it up for a darkroom class. Been trying to find instructions online but haven't had any success.
I just need to mix a small amount for a class of students to experiment with toning.

Any help or suggestions would be so appreciated!
