Used this quick release plate with my 5x7 Tachihara. Don't have that anymore, and the plate is too large for the tiny stuff.

$32 shipped CONUS, will not ship overseas.

Will this work with a ArcaSwiss Monoball head?

Out of curiosity, which tripod head did you use it with?

A very old but fairly sturdy D&S ReadyTilt with a ProMaster gadget that accepts the Benro QR adaptors. The ProMaster gadget just screwed on to the 1/4-20 post. I also have a Benro tripod with head, but that wasn't heavy enough for the 5x7.

According to the ad in B&H, it is compatible, it will work.

It's Arca-Swiss compatible, I have several sizes for all my cameras (inc the 150) and use them with a Benro HD3A pan head.
