I have been collecting these gems since the dawn of time. They are harder to find than you might think. Even a search on the big site will usually only bring up between 10 and 25 hits. The images speak for themselves. All are sharp and well exposed, regardless of the quality of the scans here. The sunglassed military man, the black girl, the eraser head couple and the navy couple are simply spectacular. The two gents mugging are also a hoot. Wow, thank you to everyone for the enthusiastic reception! The Photomatics have been sold and are on their way Down Under. Many are from the 1930's so they represent a lot of vintage photo bang for the buck. There is nothing quite so elementally photographic as a good Photomatic!! There is at least one book on them and it would be well worth the investment.
