Not to be an idiot or anything, but why not buy used? All Cambo 4x5 cameras accept the same bellows; all use the same bellows frames. Be careful, the new replacement bellows offered on eBay rarely come with bellows frames. If you want to spend the money for new, B&H has them.
Because the existing bellows on the camera I just bought has light leaks, and I don't want to spend money on a used bellows and find out they leak too.
I've had several new bellows made for me by Custom Bellows in the UK. Price has always been surprisingly reasonable. The most recent was a Sinar 5x7, but the stock Sinar are a little short so I requested a slightly longer bellows (600mm). I shipped them my old bellows, so they attached the new bellows for me and shipped them back. Not including the cost of shipping the old bellows and frames to the UK, the cost with return shipping was £170.00--$232. Thats more that what you listed, but since it uses your existing frames you know it will fit, and you can request changes if needed.

The cambo c-6 on bh is a pretty good deal. You’ll spend about the same having custom bellows made with the correct frames.
I had a set of used cambo bellows like yours that had seen quite a bit of abuse. Looked fine at first brush. Tried to repair it with liquid electrical tape and it sort of worked on the holes i was able to hit but I very quickly realized that I was going to end up spending several days in a dark closet huffing VOCs and coating basically the entire inner and outer surface of the bellows all to end up with some number of remaining holes. Every time I fixed the biggest offenders an exponentially greater number of smaller holes were made evident.
