The 1.36 EV, is that 1.36 stops?

Thank you. I figured it out. It's not the same. I downloaded an app "Art of Foto" that gives f/stop adjustments instead of EV.

The term EV is technically not appropriate here, though graded in stops. It still might be only a designation error and the calculation might be correct, but it raises doubts.

Using the Kentucky windage, close enough for government work system*.
If 300 is the lens' focal length, and ~450 is focus that's +~1.5 stop, close to 1.36.

* sorta like sunny 16 but different..
