Beer Thick Ink Effect

I read about rotogravure , tiffdruck printing press prints and their strong color presence. It depends on beer effect and ink thickness. Thicker the ink , Stranger it can be - I dont know if all the inks or select ones- Beer is english scientist and british beer is bad Try belgium ones.

Can you shed some light to that effect ?
