If you don't find one from someone here, both Blue Moon and Filterfind (first item line) have a Rollei middle yellow one.

I found the best solution is a Bay 1 to <your standard filter size: 49, 52, 55...> adapter.

Thank you, I ended up finding a Tiffen 552 Bay 1 to Series V adapter and yellow filter being sold together. I think this size will not interfere with an outer-Bay I lens hood.
