If you don't find one from someone here, both Blue Moon and Filterfind (first item line) have a Rollei middle yellow one.

Click to expand... Thank you, I ended up finding a Tiffen 552 Bay 1 to Series V adapter and yellow filter being sold together. I think this size will not interfere with an outer-Bay I lens hood.
