Hi Dave,
My filters arrived safe and sound last Friday, 06/08/2012 in your parlance. All look good.

Second polariser arrived safely today. After a quick eyeball check the index mark on the filters appears to be in the same position so I should be able to mount both filters and adjust according to what I see through the viewing lens. It's not as flash as an Autopol setup but these are like hens teeth and virgins in this part of the world. Also a lot cheaper than an Autopol.

Still checking out the lend hood situation. People should be aware that the plastic aftermarket B30 lens hoods may use the inner bayonet on the lens mount which is also needed for the filters. GRR!!!

Original Yashica / Rollei etc lenshoods hopefully use the outer bayonet so tha filters can also be mounted, (I haven't seen one yet). People are asking silly prices in OZ, $60 or so plus. Will have to check eBay USA.

On eBay USA you should be able to find a Rollei Bay I hood in good (not mint) condition for $25-40. Keep an eye out for Yashica and Minolta branded hoods, which can go for a bit less. Walz also made a pretty good Bay I hood (they even made a Bay III!).
