Basic Hasselblad question: how to set shutter speed to "B"?

I just noticed on both my 205FCC and 203FE that the shutter speed dial won't rotate past 1 second to either the "B" or "C" settings. How do I adjust the camera so the dial indicator can be set to "B"?

Press the lens release button and keep it pressed while you change the speed to B or C.
