Loose Gravel said:Teflon is stuck to the pan mechanically. The bare pan first has a texture cut into it. This texture is sawtooth in shape. The texture is rolled over to mushroom the peaks of the teeth. Next, the teflon is applied and trapped or bound to these little mushroom closed shape areas. Interlocked. Does that make sense?
