Barbara Crane at the Amon Carter

I'm going to be in Ft. Worth to see this retrospective of the great Barbara Crane on the weekend of April 24-26

Fantastic show. Saw it last week. There is another show going at the same time with a selection of work by numerous photographers; "American Masters" or something like that.

That museum has a fabulous photography collection; Avedon's American West exhibition opened there, and the prints are part of the museum's permanent collection.

And admission is free.

just saw the show at the amon-carter museum...Barbara has had a wonderful 30+- year run and she's not done yet!! the stuff is great;individualistic and speaks well for itself....go ans see the show if you can...it will be moving to chicagoland in a month or so....probably the big art museum there....also has a companion book published to go with the show....
I went a long way to see this but it was worth it
