balcar electronic p4 flash set?

hi,

can anyone help me with information about 'balcar electronic p4' studio flash set?
a dealer here in vienna offered it to me, it contains 1 generator and 3 heads. the problem is, he has no technical information about it, how much power the heads have, ... the set is about 20 years old and i could not find any information in the web yet.
