Looks like you need to put the bag on a surface or your lap to access the camera. I prefer a bag with a top that opens completely so you can just reach in and grab and replace the camera on the go.

With the bag strung across (from the right shoulder to sitting on the left hip) I have good access to the camera and swapping lenses. The top opens all the way across just fine. Gets a bit hairy trying to swap things though just given my quantity of hands and concern about the shutter in the 200 series. One of those openable backpacks would probably be more ergonomic for larger kits though. I have to do shuffling if I want the back on the bottom of the right side.
Clocking in at a mere 14 lbs lol. Things really start to get unwieldy with the 50mm as that's a beast. With just the 110 and the 80 it didn't bother me as much as it does now.
