It´s so easy and comfortable shooting with digital cameras. Almost like ´you-get-what-you-shoot´ in an instant, cheap, just fire away using 6 frames continuous shooting, auto-mega-matrix metering, not to mention super speed autofocus and auto everything. Just turn on your camera and it will do the rest...
Using film allows you to make your own mistakes and only discover them later. Using LF is even more fun, there is a whole lot of additional mistakes to make.
Welcome to APUG from Central Illinois, USA. I've been back to the dark side for about 5 months now. Got my first roll of slides that I've shot in 12 years today and can't wait to project them. Digital projectors are all 2MP or less, 35mm film slides projected using analog methods are about 10x that.
