B+W 82EW Filter dimensions?

After much web surfing, I have found conflicting information regarding the dimensions of the B+W 82EW Filter. I would like to know the filter front thread diameter, and the filter external front diameter. I would like to fit a Lee filter adapter on this combination. I was wondering if the Lee 100mm push on filter holder would grip this filter?

Just in case someone else is in need of this...

I now have a B+W 82EW Filter for my Nikkor SW 90/F4.5 Lens. The Lee 100mm Push on filter holder fits perfectly. The front filter thread appears to be 95mm.
