Avedon "An Autobiography"

A rather practical question...

I just purchased this book and absolutely love it. However, the binding seems to come undone easily -- even after only the first few page turns. I am already on my second sample and am debating if I should have it exchanged again.

Question for owners of this book, is your binding intact/solid or has also come undone?
