what I was wondering most: if Tasma were still manufacturing couple years ago aerial rolls in 120 , not 70mm, but just regular 120, then the format may have been used also by other manufacturers.there is a user here that respools Aviphot 200 to 120. I'm not sure what he starts with.
There are ebay sellers in India with long rolls of various size Agfa Aviphot 200
You can buy 70mm size film and use a slitter to cut it to 61.5mm width for 120.
Astrum/Svena supposedly sells it pre-cut to 61.5mm
maybe Kodak aerial. According to their site, they are/were Kodak resellers/partners.
my emails have not been responded too
there are different email addresses, not consistent with (outdated) sites information, you may have redirection delays.
I am buying 19 meters in 120 and some 13x18 sheets.
On the other hand I have Tasma-25L roll film on the way, this one is rated iso400, and the Svema is listed as Photo-100, so I will be good for all kind of weather
Do you happen to know if they will sell rolls or packs of film of different sizes separately, as in 2 boxes of Foto 100 4x5, one box of 25 and the other of 50? Or will I need to re-package the film into different boxes when I get it?
finally as I have a bunch of different sheet films I decided to buy only few, 10x, sheets 13x18 in order to have an idea before I buy more.
Packaging not mentioned, answer was:
"Sheet photo film (13 х 18 см) - 10 Sheet = 0.13м х 0.18 м х 10 х 42 EUR.= 10 EUR."
In my order confirmation I was mentioning I would probably buy more and asked about box packaging or not. But anyway on their price list on https://t.me/svema_film they mention sale of lightproof plastic bags for packaging film, so I will also probably buy some. It's convenient when I travel and pack few sheets.
to Norway shipment is 20€. Cheap. (and customs VAT may be avoidable...)
They said that they can package film in amounts convenient for my order, so that’s good. They also sell “light proof paper”, I might get some as it’s cheap, and maybe it could be used as rollfilm backing paper. It also might be handy just to wrap up the film I hand roll, as well.
I am finalizing payment system, as per what they prefer, SWIFT, Paysend, Koronapay, Webmoney or whatever.
best for him is simply regular SWIFT, so I wire the money tomorrow when he gets the details from the bank.
I guess PayPal is just ok but not so great for them because annoyances may be fees and delay before getting the money to their bank.
SWIFT should be good for you i guess, it's bank to bank without man in the middle (excepted NSA computers ....)
