Auxillary viewfinders

Is there any source of cheap viewfinders? Websites, distributers, sellers ect? I'm looking for a 50mm viewfinder and cant find anything that isn't the price of a collectible. I can find some Russian viewfinders for OK prices (though much more than I think they are worth) but not much else. I'm seriously considering hacking one out of an old rangefinder or viewfinder camera and building a housing.

Someone here on APUG made one about a year ago suprisingly easily.

Some camera stores have a drawer or two full of oddments, I often visit a couple in the UK when I'm there to get odd things, non standard lens caps, cable release tc.

Cheap viewfinders do appear on Ebay, I want something so I can use a 75mm on my Crown Graphic.

FeeBay has many of the turret style priced anywhere from $50 on up.

Not too interested in a turret though If I find one for under $80 aud ill jump

The salvaged finder from a Polaroid One-step or similar camera might be usable.
A bit of epoxy and masking to match the lens being used would result in an inexpensive bright
viewfinder.

The Russian turrets are ok, they are clones of the Zeiss ones, you can get a mirror image, if you need, if you are patient.

I think Dead Link Removed makes (or made) some very nice accessory VFs with interchangeable masks. Horseman as well IIRC. I don't know if they will have the right FOVs for you but maybe a custom mask can be made....
