Automatic Control Strip Densitometer Xrite 891 failure

Hey! I'm doing C41 process control recently, I purchased an Xrite 891U and Kodak C41 Control Strips, but I have a problem.
My Xrite 891U strip mode always shows as "K:C41 Min", and can't read my Control Strips correctly Strips, the correct display should be "K:C41 ALL", I did not find any related settings.
Is there anyone who can help me? Thanks

I read the manual, but it doesn't list how to change the "K:C41 ALL" settings.
